I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who knows first-hand what it’s like to come back from injury — after 2 ACL reconstructions, I’m passionate about helping you move smarter, get stronger, and stay injury-free. My approach is rooted in real-life experience, ongoing education, and a deep understanding of health, fitness, and the unique challenges we all face on our journeys. My commitment is to meet you where you are and provide the guidance, knowledge, and support you need to become the best, strongest version of yourself.
